Return & Refund Policy

At First Fits Inc., we take pride in providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you within the guidelines outlined below.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window beginning from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided

Please note that First Fits products are designed to fit true to size. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds due to customers ordering the incorrect size. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review sizing information before completing their purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Special-order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund is posted to your account.
